Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 8 September 20261. Who we are
This website (the "Site") is operated by 360 Gradus Design S.R.L., a limited liability company registered in Romania, Trade Register No. J2019001569052, VAT No. RO41230520, registered office at Str. Evreilor Deportați 107, et. 2, ap. 4, 410095 Oradea, Romania. Contact: [email protected].
2. Purpose of the Site
The Site is an informational portfolio presenting our design and engineering work for business clients. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, a quotation or professional advice. Any engagement with us is governed exclusively by a separately negotiated written agreement, not by these terms.
3. Use of the Site
You may browse the Site and share links to it. You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt its operation, probing it for vulnerabilities beyond good-faith security research, or scraping its content for republication.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, case studies and the design of the Site itself — is owned by 360 Gradus Design S.R.L. or used with permission of the respective clients and rights holders, and is protected by Romanian and EU copyright law. Client names, logos and trademarks shown in our portfolio belong to their respective owners and appear solely to document work performed. You may not reproduce, modify or commercially exploit any Site content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by mandatory law (e.g. quotation with attribution).
5. No warranties
The Site is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep its content accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or continuously available. Portfolio descriptions summarise past projects and do not guarantee identical results for future work.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Romanian law, including liability for intent (dol) or gross negligence (culpă gravă).
7. Third-party links
The Site links to external websites. We do not control them and accept no responsibility for their content or privacy practices.
8. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute arising from use of the Site shall be settled amicably where possible, and otherwise by the competent Romanian courts. Consumers (where applicable) may also contact the Romanian consumer protection authority ANPC (anpc.ro) and its alternative dispute resolution mechanism (SAL).
10. Changes
We may update these terms at any time; the version published on the Site applies.
