Last updated: 8 September 2026Who we are
This website is operated by 360 Gradus Design S.R.L., a company registered in Romania (Trade Register No. J2019001569052, VAT No. RO41230520), with its registered office at Str. Evreilor Deportați 107, et. 2, ap. 4, 410095 Oradea, Romania ("we"). We are the data controller for the personal data described below. Contact: [email protected].
The short version
This is a static portfolio website. It has no user accounts, no contact forms, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. We deliberately collect as little data as possible.
What we process, and why
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc., serving this site from data centres including in the EU) may briefly process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and requested pages in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). We do not access or store these logs ourselves.
- Email correspondence. If you email us, we process your email address, name and the content of your message in order to reply. Legal basis: steps prior to entering a contract (art. 6(1)(b)) or our legitimate interest in handling enquiries (art. 6(1)(f)). We keep correspondence only as long as needed for the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, or as required by Romanian accounting and tax law.
- Theme preference. If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your browser's localStorage. This value never leaves your device and is not personal data in our hands. See our Cookie Policy.
What we don't do
We do not sell or share personal data, do not profile you, do not make automated decisions about you, and do not transfer your data outside the EEA except to the limited extent our hosting infrastructure does so under appropriate safeguards (European Commission adequacy decision and standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
Under GDPR articles 15–21 you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to [email protected]; we will respond within one month.
Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority: Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP), B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru 28–30, Sector 1, 010336 Bucharest, Romania, [email protected], www.dataprotection.ro — or with the authority of your own EU member state.
Changes
We will update this policy if our practices change, and revise the date above.
